To the membership of the Northeast Section of ASPB:
As mentioned in our meeting at the April conference, the executive committee reviewed other ASPB section constitutions and leadership practices. Our constitution seemed out of date with respect to more inclusive practices and more transparency with ASPB. We have modified the entire document to better reflect how the section leadership is selected and clarify processes. Please review the old constitution and the recently revised constitution. If you approve the changes, vote yes to adopt the new constitution. If you have concerns or questions, please reach out to the section leadership (see sidebar).
